For Metro Manila, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. For provincial areas, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your appliances to arrive.

Yes, all our products come with a standard 1-year warranty on parts and service. Please keep your official receipt and warranty card to facilitate any service requests.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return or exchange a defective item?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for items with manufacturing defects. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice.
